Once the project has been started, the advance payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. No Refund After Work Has Started
Once work has begun on your project:
No refunds will be issued
- This applies regardless of project stage
We invest time, effort, and resources from the beginning of the project.
3. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel the project:
- The advance payment will not be refunded
- Any completed work may be delivered upon request (depending on payment status)
- Additional work completed beyond the advance may require partial payment
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- If the project has not yet been started
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
In such cases, refund decisions will be made fairly after review.
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We aim to ensure client satisfaction by offering revisions.
- Clients are encouraged to request changes
- Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction if revisions have not been requested.
6. Delays & Client Responsibility
No refunds will be issued if delays occur due to:
- Lack of communication
- Delay in providing required content/material
- Failure to respond on time
7. Completed Projects
Once a project is completed and delivered:
- No refunds will be issued
- Clients are expected to review the work before final approval
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes are strictly discouraged
- We reserve the right to take necessary action in such cases
