To initiate any project, a 20% advance payment is required.

This advance confirms the project booking and ensures commitment from both sides. Work will only begin after the advance payment is successfully received through our official system.

2. Payment Structure

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • 20% Advance Payment – Before starting the project.

  • Remaining 80% Payment – Upon project completion, before final delivery.

  • For larger or long-term projects, milestone-based payments may be applied.

3. Payment Method

All payments must be made through our official website:

  • An official invoice will be sent to your email address.
  • You are required to visit our website and complete the payment using the provided invoice/payment link.
  • Payments can be made securely using your bank account, debit card, credit card, or other payment methods available on our website.

However, if an alternative payment method is specifically authorized by Qalib Web Agency, payments may only be sent to accounts registered under the name:

6. Late Payments

  • Delays in final payment may result in delays in project delivery

  • Final files, website access, or credentials will only be delivered after full payment is received.
  • No exceptions will be made unless agreed in writing.

8. Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered extra work and will be charged separately.

9. Currency & Charges

  • All payments are processed in the currency mentioned on the invoice.
  • Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client

  • Work progress and delivery milestones are dependent on timely payment confirmation.

11. Agreement
